Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Please email us at [postermineshop2@gamil.com] to request a cancellation.
Returns & Replacements: Since posters are delicate, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." However, if your poster arrives damaged, creased, or with a print defect, we will replace it specifically free of charge.
- Please send us an unboxing video or photos of the damage within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery.
- Email the details to [postermineshop2@gamil.com].
Refunds: If a replacement is not available or if your cancellation is approved, the refund amount will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
